let it rip: what might we include in a Texas Night offering?

Well It seems the three Main Culture parts we have come up with so far are music, food, and clothing. Now i guess we need creative ways to incorporate all these into different parties, right? BTW: that tv ad was made me ROFLcopter.
Here are the main things we did last year (and we certainly don’t have to do all the same stuff we did last year, and if you ever get tired of hearing the words “last year” come out of my mouth, feel free to smack me with a sock or something…) Anyway, here’s what we did:
-decorated the room we were in Texas-style and general Americana (e.g. Texas flags, red white & blue candles/streamers/etc… Basically every team member brought a few things and that helps with packing)
-dressed the part (cowboy hats, bandanas, etc.)
-food (tacos, nachos, chili, that sort of thing)
-music (country of course! esp. “God Bless Texas”)
-line dancing (accompanied by the aforementioned music)
-one night we did a trivia game where we got in groups, and the Americans had to answer questions about Japan and the Japanese had to answer questions about the U.S… It was really fun, but there was A LOT of cheating
